Such a relief to have an Indian street food joint in Oakville. And the quality is wayyyy better than what you generally find in Brampton / Mississauga places. Do try their chhena sandwich which is the most unique yet delicious dish. Brings back memories from childhood when grandparents used to make chhena handmade in house and make such dishes. Brilliant - definitely a place to visit even if you are not from Oakville

OMG! Where do I start from? They have brought the Mumbai Vada Pav to Oakville and this one is even better. It’s literally worth the trip from Toronto. The green chutney is just WOW! Maska Bun and Chai Ufff! This place is CRAZY. The staff is so calm and apt with their service really loved it. Please try it out they won’t disappoint.

This review is long overdue. One of the best restaurants in Toronto (GTA included). Somehow the place even smelt wonderfully nostalgic. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, with so many options available for good quality food they took the time to suggest some good dishes and it was worth every $ we spent. I’m a regular customer now marking my attendance here atleast once a week. Everyone reading this review should visit this place once, you will not be disappointed.

Undoubtedly one of the best chaat I had in GTA. Name of the restaurant has been bang on, takes you directly to the streets of India. Tried Pav bhaji, Mumbai vada pao, Dahi batata puri, Aloo tikki chaat and Nimbu soda. All are highly recommended.

Chai Pani has a great ambience for a friendly chit-chat over a cup of tea and vada pav. The staff is super friendly. It\'s been 7 days since we moved to Oakville and we have already visited here 5 times.

By far the best Indian chaat food place i have been to in Canada. We have been here twice so far and everything we tried was delicious. Their Chole kulche, Pav Bajji and Vada pav are must try and not to mention the cutting chai. If you are craving for Indian chat, this is the place for you. The place is also very nicely made and the staff is super friendly, happy to have visited this place!

Just tried Chai Pani for the first time and have to say all the food was beyond amazing and took me right back to the streets of Delhi and Mumbai! Had the khulad chai, pav bhaji, raj kachori, pani puri, Mumbai sandwich and paan ice cream and every single dish was bursting with all the right flavours! Will definitely be going back

We stumbled upon this place when looking for a nice chaat place in Oakville and so glad we tried it. Delicious aloo tikki chaat. Other items on their menu look very promising as well. Definitely our to-go place from now on. Update: Went again and tried more items on a later visit.. delicious as expected.

The best of Indian street food is often not solely one-dimensional in flavor. Rather blend of different ingredients with a pinch of memories from your hometown. If you are looking for the best customer service, delicious street food and ambiance try Chai Pani.

This is a must go to place for some of the items they serve and I must say they are authentic. As someone who has spent more than 6 years in Maharashtra on account of education, I must say this one of the best pav I had outside Maharashtra. I mean I would simply go over there again just for pav bhaji where the pav steals the show (sorry bhaji, you were good but the pav awesome)!! We ordered more not because we were hungry but because it was so tasty!! And you do not have to spend a bomb for it..

Amazing! Can't find this quality of food anywhere! From customer service to the taste of the food, everything is exceptional! The staff took us to our seats, handed us a menu, patiently provided all the information for allergens and any special requests. The food came much quicker than expected, and it tasted amazing. This quality is unmatched, I\'ve not tasted food this good in years! I would definitely recommend this place. Perfect for a quick bite for lunch, or even dinner! 10/10!

CP is one of the most authentic Indian street food eateries that we recently discovered. Their bun maska and chai is a must try. Also, their veggie burger is the tastiest burger we had in the last 5 years in Canada. Another must try item is Jamun Shots! Been to the place twice and loved it. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Finally we have a great Desi street food place in Oakville. Been yearning for something like this for long. Prices are reasonable for some items and slightly higher for many other items, but found the quality to be great. Quantity is decent as well. Pav Bhaji deserves a special mention as this is hands down the best bhaaji I’ve had in GTA since we moved here several years ago.

Awesome awesome awesome. Loved everything starting from cheese pizza, pav bhaji, vada pav, aloo tiki burger, mango kulfi and malai kulfi.I will definitely come again. My little one loved the cheese pizza. They should start the frequent flyer program for their regulars. This kind of food close to home was so missed. Thank you for lovely food and beautiful smiles lovely service.

I went to this place today attracted by their menu and was really hoping they delivered on taste as well and they did amaze me and those who accompanied me there (I am not a local but the other 2 who joined me there were). We ordered dahi puri and sev puri for there and took a huge take out order. The chaat we ate there was really nice - it was fresh and well made. The takeout order was huge and they packed it well. We did find out that one of our items was missing in the order when we reached h
